# Display banners based on market (language, country, customer, etc.).

Banners use the same full matching-conditions engine as Badges/Labels and Highlights, so you can combine any of the conditions below (Page, Language, Country, Products/Product tag, Collections, Customer/Customer tag) to target the right audience — this isn't limited to the simpler Trust Badge conditions.

#### Page display conditions

Show banners only on specific pages of your store, such as the homepage, collection pages, product pages, or cart page.

#### Product & product tag display conditions

Display banners for specific products, or for any product carrying a chosen product tag, so promotions only show where they're relevant.

#### Collections display conditions

Show banners on products that belong to specific collections.

#### Customer display conditions

Show banners only to specific customer groups based on account status, tags, customer segments, and other customer-related conditions.

#### Language Display Conditions

Display banners based on the visitor's selected language. Show localized content, promotions, and announcements to ensure customers see the most relevant message in their preferred language.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.samita.io/banners/display-banners-based-on-market-language-country-customer-etc.-..md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
