# Necessary steps when you don’t get Quote email notification

If you do not receive email notifications after submitting a quote, please follow the steps below:

1. Please check if your email server blocks this email <no-reply@globosoftware.net>. If it does not, please move to the second step.
2. Contact (**<apps@globosoftware.net>**) and provide us with your email address that you test (customer/admin email address). We will check the email log and notify you about the situation and suggest you a solution.
