# Print quote to PDF file

There are 2 ways to print/download the quote to PDF file.

**Step to manage:**&#x20;

**Option 1:**&#x20;

1\. From the **Quote list** page, hover the mouse on the quote > Click on the **Edit** icon to view the quote inside:&#x20;

2\. Click **More actions** > **Download as PDF**:&#x20;

3\. Click **Download PDF** from the popup window:

\*If you want to translate the PDF file into another language before downloading it, please click on the **Add language** button, you will be redirected to the PDF file setting of the app:

**Option 2:**&#x20;

From the **Quote list** page, hover the quote > there will be a setting to print PDF next to the **Edit** icon > Click on it:
