Add Request for Quote item on the Header menu

Steps to manage

1. Form the Shopify admin page > Online Store > Navigation > Main menu

2. Click on Add menu item button > add the menu item name.

For example: Quote item

3. In the Link field, select the Request a quote page and click on the Add button

4. Lastly, you click on the Save menu button to complete

Then go to the front store and check the result.
