Go to the app > Add-on features > Click on Shipping rate section > Create a Shipping rule
Set up name for the rule and name for this Free shipping when it works in the checkout page:
Configure other necessary settings like who can see this Free shipping (Customer eligibility) and assign products to this rule (Product eligibility)
In the Shipping rate general section, set up scope for this Shipping rule.
You can set the range due to quantity or order amount...
To make this rule be a Free shipping, in the Value input field, kindly leave it empty.
For example, customers gets free shipping if their order reaches $100
Click Save
