Quote widget is used as a quick quote button which can take you to the Quote page of our app or show Quote popup form so as to help customers track which products they have added to quote and fill out the form easily.
From the App Dashboard page > Click on Quote settings > Quote widget tab
Turn on the Enable Quote widget setting > Click Save
You also can decide what behaviour will come up when clicking on the quote widget: Open the Quote popup form or Go to Quote page of our app.
You can change the quote widget button text in this setting:

Click Save to save the changes and check the result in the front store.
One of the important steps for the app to work in your store is enabling it in your theme. Kindly follow the below guidance to know how to manage it.
To show the quote feature in your front store, you need to set up products for it. Kindly review the below instruction to know how to manage it.
1. From the app admin page, click on Quote settings section -> choose Quote products tab
2. In this setting, there are 3 options to set up the quoted products: All products, Conditions, Choose Products > Choose the option you want to use.
Ex: All products – Quote button will be applied for all products of your store.
3. After all, click Save to update the changes
4. Check the result on the front store
The quote button will show up under each product on the product list like Related products, You may also like the product, … and collection page.

In the Product list section, enable the setting Show on product list.

If you no longer want the app to run in the theme, you can disable it by following instructions below:
1. From the App Dashboard page, check the Status section > Click on the Disable button.
2. You will be redirected to the Theme Customize page > App embeds > Turn off the app and click Save

If you don’t want all products to have the quote feature applied, you can use the Conditions option.
This setting helps you enable the quote function for some products that meet the requirements you have set up. There are many options to set up the condition such as “Product title”, “Product tag”, “Collection”, …
For example, apply the quote function for a group of products in a collection. The setup will be as follows:

Currently customers can view quote history in the customer account page after he logged in.
If you want to let customers access the quote history quickly, please follow the steps below.
The admin should add the Quote History item to the header menu of the website
Customer logs in his customer account on the site
He clicks on the Quote history item the admin added to the header menu to view quote history
Click Save to update the changes
If a customer who hasn’t logged in the customer account click on the quote button, it will direct him to the login page of your site immediately.
After he logs into his customer account, it goes back to the product page and he can continues to request a quote.
1. Open the app > click Quote settings > Integrations > ActiveCampaign
2. Click ActiveCampaign > tick on checkbox Enable and enter ActiveCampaign API key and Api Url created in Steps 1 above

Step to manage:
1. Go to Quote form builder feature page of our app, in the header of the page, click on the below setting > choose B2B-Customer option:
2. Set up layout, product information and extra fields for the form like how you set up for D2C quote form. Review this document to know how.
3. The biggest difference between the D2C quote form and this B2B quote form is the Customer info part.
Kindly turn on the Customer info setting, you will see some new different functions compared with the D2C-customer format, which are Company information, Billing address and Payment terms.
4. These sections are customized specially for B2B customers. Apart from Contact information and Shipping address sections in the D2C quote form, B2B customers can have a chance to fill out their business information, billing information and the type of payment terms they want to use.

There are 5 options to hide the price of products on the front stores. They are:
No, Do not hide price -> The Hide price feature is disabled. Price still shows on all products.
Yes, hide price for all products -> Price will be hidden on all products on your store (quote-enabled products and other products)
Yes, hide price for quoted products -> Price will be hidden for quote-enabled products only
Yes, hide price for specific products -> Price will be hidden for selected products. You can choose a product in the search bar below
For example: The condition is Collection – is equal to – Automated Collection.
So all products in the collection Automated Collection will show no price on the product page or collection page.

How to set it up in the app?
You just need to tick on the Match theme styling if possible setting in the app. Please go to the Quote form builder page in our app > Design setting > Theme styling:
The Customer account feature allows you to show the Quote details of each customer on the Account page. Customers need to login to your store to view the Account page, they also can edit, respond to their quotes from there.
This feature is supported using Shopify’s new Customer Account Extension UI, which means your store must use New login type of Shopify to be able to use this feature.

SA Request a Quote app has two sections in this page:

3. In the API field, enter the API key generated from your Mailchimp account in step 1
4. Select a list from Mailchimp in the dropdown
5. Match the data of the field in Mailchimp to the values of the quote forms
6. Click Save
After editing the quote, you can send the new quote to your customers via the setting Resend email in the app. There are 2 ways to manage it, kindly read the document to know how.

In Omnisend:
If you want to integrate Omnisend with another software (e.g., third-party contact form), you can pass data to Omnisend (or get data) via our API.
With every request, we require using an API key for authorization purposes.
Please follow steps here to get the API key in Omnisend
1. Open the app > Quote settings > Intergration > Omnisend
2. Tick on the checkbox Enable and enter the API key created in the Steps 1 above
3. Select and enter the value of form (on the right) to match with the Omnisend form field (on the left)
4. Click Save to update the changes
5. Check the data in Omnisend after the quote is submitted

2. Scroll down to the Add to quote section > Message type after add to quote dropdown
3. Choose the option you want to show up after customers click the Add to quote button. Here are what you can choose: Popup, Popup and form, Redirect to quote page, Toast

Instead of hiding price for your products, we also support hiding Add to cart button and Buy now button so as to prevent customers from adding the products to the cart and see the price as well as purchase them.
Please also note that this feature is supported for Quoted products only. For products that are not for quote feature, we won’t be able to support you hiding their cart button and buy button.

1. Go to Quote settings > Hide Price setting
2. On the Hide price section page, navigate the Hide button when quote is enabled on product part > Enable both settings to hide Add to cart button and Buy now button:

Not only show Quote list on the Customer Account page, we also allow customers to respond and edit the quotes. Please follow the below steps to manage it.
1. Go to the Customer account feature page > Navigate the Permissions setting > Add condition:
2. On the Condition page, there are 5 sections you need to set up: General, Condition, Action Permissions, Quote Customer Information andQuote Product Information.
General: Turn on this setting to enable this feature in the website. If you no longer want to use it, turn it off to disable it. Also set up title for this custom condition in the Title input field:
This setting allows customers to edit the product price directly on the quote page.
Note: this function only works when you display the product price on the quote page (Quote Form builder)

2. Click Edit setting > Turn on the toggle Enable
3. Enter Hubspot Portal Id andHubspot Private App Access Token > paste the ID you find in step 1 and step 2
4. Select a list from Hubspot to connect
5. Select the value of the Globo form (on the right) to connect it to the fields in Hubspot (on the left)
6. Click Save to update the changes

In the Request for quote button tab > Add to quote > Enable the setting Allow customer edit quote item price

Customers click the quote button on the front store > direct to the quote page
On the quote page, the app adds a Price box next to the product quantity box
Customers enter the desired price > fill out the quote form > submit the quote form

On the front store, customers click quote button, it directs to quote page
This feature allows you to show a quote widget on your front store so that customers can easily access the quote page by clicking the quote widget on the page.
Steps to manage
1.Open the app > click Quote settings > Quote widget > Edit settings
2. In the Quote widget tab > Turn on the Enable quote widget button to show the quote widget on the front store 3. Select Action > Go to quote page so that customers can be redirected to the quote page after clicking on quote widget
4. Click Save
When customers click on the quote widget on the page, it will immediately direct them to the quote page.



You can send invoice to customers from the draft order or click on the Send email invoice from the Quote to manage it.

With this Translation setting in SA Request a Quote, you can edit the content of the app’s default texts like Quote button text, Quote popup form texts.. and add translations for the text if your store supports multi-languages/countries. Kindly follow this document to find the setting and know how to set it up.
Step to manage:
1. Go to Advanced Settings page > Translation tab > Choose one section you want to edit and add language for the text:
For example, I want to change the Quote button text and add Danish translation for it. Kindly click on General translate setting:

Instead of adding different products from different vendor or different collections into one quote form and submit, now customers are allowed to add products to quote by groups. Setting up this Product group(s) function in our app to help your customers separate the quoted products into multiple groups. Review the document below to get started.
Step to manage:
1. Go to the Quote form builder page in our app > Layouts and Elements setting > Navigate the Product List section > Click on the Product group(s) tab:
2. Enable the setting inside it.
This setting will help you separate the products added to quote into different groups. Customers just need to add product due to each group. They also can create product group in the quote from from your storefront.

Zapier is an online platform that helps you automate workflows by connecting the apps and services you use. This allows you to automate tasks without having to build this integration yourself.
Our app SA Request a Quote integrates with Zapier to create a smarter and more customized workflow.
In order to integrate the app to Zapier, kindly follow the below instructions.
1. Create an account in Zapier. From the Zapier main page, click on the Create button in the My Zaps folder > Choose New Zap
2. On the Zaps page, click on the Trigger button and choose Webhooks by Zapier
3. In App and Event





































4. In Trigger, enter a Child key. You can write any word you like into the input field, then click Continue.
5. In Test, you will find a Webhook link. Please copy the link and then go back to the SA Request a Quote app to start setting up.
6. Go back to the App, in the navigation bar > Click on the Quote settings section > Integrations > Find Zapier and click Edit setting.
7. Paste the Webhook link you have copied in the Zapier earlier into this input field > Press Save.
7. Go to the front store and try submitting a quote.
8. Go back to Zapier, click on the Test Trigger button. The system will return the quote form data as follows:
Click on Continue with selected record. Your data now will be sent to several applications, you can decide to choose the application that you want the data to be synced to.
In this case, Google Sheet app will be chosen as an example.
9. In App and Event, please select Clear Spreadsheet Row > Continue
Sign in the Google account that you want to receive the data > Continue
Complete all the steps in the Actions tab > Continue
Then click Test. Check the result in the Google Sheet.

If you select basic template > click Save, the basic template will be applied to emails.

Attach PDF file: Tick this checkbox if you want to attach the quote as a PDF file in your email.

Enter the Store name and Store link fields
Click Upload photo to add the logo of the store
Edit the Description part: You can use the available email placeholders in your email

Tick to the checkbox of the available information you want to show in your email. They are:

Tick to checkbox to select the formbuilder fields you want to show in your email:

Edit the footer content as you want by using available email placeholders:

Setting SMTP is optional. If you do not configure this option, email notifications will be sent from our email server ([email protected]) by default
Our app currently only supports Google and Outlook SMTP. For other email providers, you can configure API. Learn more
Please follow our below instructions to configure the SMTP email service in the app. The specific case below is setting Goolge SMTP
First, log into your Google account
To make sure that your Google account is well protected to avoid any intervention when using the SMTP service; therefore, we recommend enabling the 2-step verification offered by Google.
Here is the guide for you:
If you have already enabled the 2-step verification, then you may jump to Step 3 below.
Then click to generate App password
Select Other/Custom name from Select App, give it a name such as “DO – Production Server” and then click Generate.
Note down the application password as it will be required in the next step.
Steps to manage
1. In the app admin page, click Advanced settings > Email notifications
2. Navigate the SMTP section. Select one email service provider in the dropdown list. For example: Google
3. Enter the information of your own SMTP in the field
4. Click Save to update the changes
5. Enter the test email and check
Google SMTP configuration includes the below information:
(1) Enter your SMTP email
(2) Use port 465 Enter smtp.gmail.com as your host
(3) Enter your Gmail login username [email protected]
(4) Enter your App password
(5) Send mail as a different email (optional).

The App password in field number 4 is the app password generated in Step #2 above. It’s NOT your Gmail account password.

When clicking the quote button of our app, customers will be redirected to a page that has the Quote form where they can fill out information and submit the quote to you. This document will help you in building more fields for the form and style it.

There are 2 ways to print/download the quote to PDF file.
Step to manage:
Option 1:
1. From the Quote list page, hover the mouse on the quote > Click on the Edit icon to view the quote inside:
2. Click More actions > Download as PDF:
3. Click Download PDF from the popup window:
*If you want to translate the PDF file into another language before downloading it, please click on the Add language button, you will be redirected to the PDF file setting of the app:
Option 2:
From the Quote list page, hover the quote > there will be a setting to print PDF next to the Edit icon > Click on it:






When submitting a quote, customers will have to fill out their information in the form like name, email, address.. This Customer info setting will help you shorten time in customizing these fields. It also helps customers quickly have their information filled out in the form only by logging into your Shopify store. The system will auto-get their data from Shopify and apply to the form.

1. Go to the Quote form builder feature page > Layouts and Elements setting > Navigate the Customer info section, turn on the setting:
2. There will be two sections showed up as above which are Contact information and Shipping address.
Contact information: Click on the setting to configure fields inside it
Shipping address: Click on the setting and configure fields inside it as in the Contact information:
These fields will be auto-filled once customers login to your store. If the customer already has an account in your Shopify store, we’ll get data in the Shopify Customers folder and place for these fields after they login and add product to quote.
If customers don’t have an account in your store or don’t login, they will have to fill out all these information to the form every time they request quote.
To preview how the customer information looks like in the quote form once they login, click on this tool in the header > Logged-in:
